IS THIS YOUR FIRST LYMPHATIC or COLONIC TREATMENT?
-
Your first session will always last 90 minutes. This allows us to devote enough time to:
-
Conduct a thorough client intake
-
Complete a full treatment
-
Discuss a treatment plan that makes sense for you
-
-
We may utilize one or more of the following techniques or modalities, and only when appropriate:
-
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) *Please note that lymphatic drainage refers to a technique that assists the internal flow of the lymphatic fluid, which allows it to 'drain' back into the blood stream and be metabolized by the body. Our license does not allow for any external interaction with bodily fluids or wound care.
-
Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (or Electro-Lymphatic Therapy) which utilizes a gentle, non-invasive medical device
-
Traditional Swedish massage
-
Myofascial Release
-
Far infrared heat may be utilized via a Bio-Mat
-
Colon Hydrotherapy may involve some abdominal massage
-
-
All of our treatments are gentle, painless; they're great for the nervous system and they encourage restful sleep
-
If future sessions are warranted, we do offer packages at a discounted rate. Talk to your therapist at the end of your first session to discuss a plan that's right for you

Have you been referred by your practitioner?
We're a trusted partner with many holistic practitioners in the Tampa Bay area and we value the relationships we've built. We want you to feel comfortable not only during your session, but before you arrive. So, if you have specific questions before you're ready to book, feel free to call 727.492.0060 and we'll return your call as soon as we're out of session (sometimes, this will be the following day). If you're ready to schedule a session, be sure to choose the '1st Visit...' option when you BOOK HERE
Are you contemplating chemotherapy, surgery or another procedure?
Having lymphatic treatments before your procedure can be a good idea because it 'prepares' the body and the immune system for the disruption that is about to occur. In doing so, it can also help reduce the post-surgical healing time and mitigate the need for heavy painkillers.
Have you had a mastectomy or an explant due to Breast Implant Illness (BII)?
We see this a lot and we're honored to help you through your healing process. Lymphatic therapy is an excellent healing modality, especially when your immune system has been disrupted and compromised.
Liposuction, BBLs, Tummy Tucks, Breast Augmentation/Reductions, Etc.
If you've just had one of these procedures, you're probably feeling sore, tight, and numb or tingly. Some people say their skin 'doesn't quite feel attached'. It can be a difficult time for you and those who are caring for you. We can help! And you will not need to take any pain medication for our treatments; they're gentle, painless and you should feel much better when you leave - even after your first session!
