Laura, a former corporate professional turned licensed massage therapist, founded Lymphatic Therapy and Colonics by establishing a robust referral network of holistic practitioners in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. These practitioners recognize the importance of lymphatic and digestive health, and Laura's responsiveness, compassion, and professionalism have set her apart.
Early in her massage journey, Laura noticed a recurring theme among her clients: many suffered from compromised immune and congested lymphatic systems, leading her to focus on becoming the premier provider of lymphatic therapy in the Tampa Bay area. As her clientele grew, she identified gut health issues as a common concern, prompting her to introduce Gravity Method Colonics to complement her services and enhance her clients' well-being.
In addition to her therapeutic skills, Laura has a solid background in management, workshop facilitation, and instructional design. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), the Pinellas Park/Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and the Pinellas Park Medical District, and she previously served on the board of the League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area.

Sally started off as a client of Laura’s several years back, and the experience inspired her to pursue an education in massage therapy. She has had a curiosity about the human body & what makes it “tick” since she can remember, and that curiosity grew into an intense passion as she got older, particularly the holistic approach to health and wellness. She believes that the body is capable of a lot more than we generally give it credit for, but in today’s busy & stressful world, it needs all the support it can get.
There is no single approach that’s right for every person or every problem, so Sally believes in working with each client as an individual — taking into account that person’s lifestyle factors and symptoms; communicating with their doctor, when appropriate, and paying close attention to what the body is trying to convey. It means a lot to her to make a positive impact on her clients’ lives, or even just their day!
Sally grew up in St. Petersburg and has a hilarious daughter and an awesome soon-to-be stepdaughter. When she’s not in the office or working on her mobile massage business, she enjoys exploring the town and the outdoors with her family and doing any activity that involves being on or near the water. If you see her with her AirPods in, she’s generally listening to podcasts about holistic and functional medicine, but when she needs a break it’s murder mysteries for the win! Her promise to herself, her clients & her family is to always be evolving as a person and a practitioner, by staying curious and seeking out the most up-to-date information.

Nicole is a graduate of AIB, American Institute of Beauty, and is thrilled to bring her healing touch to Professional Lymphatic Therapy and Colonics! Her warm, compassionate and energetic personality is what attracted us to her, and her bodywork background is a huge plus for all of us.
Nicole will primarily focus on lymphatic therapy and relaxation-focused Swedish massage, but her talents go far beyond those modalities. She is a certified Reiki Master with a deep passion for supporting the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance through energy work. Her practice also includes Body Mapping, a powerful modality that blends intuitive insight and energetic assessment to locate and release emotional and physical imbalances stored in the body.
In addition to her massage and energy work, Nicole is nationally accredited Recovery Coach. She brings over a decade of experience working with individuals facing addiction, homelessness, and mental health challenges, first as a case manager in Illinois, and earlier as a project manager with a focus on community support initiatives. Her compassionate, trauma-informed approach creates a safe and empowering space for clients to heal.
